Total Grounds Solutions (TGS) is an Australian owned business dedicated to delivering exceptional Landscape, Grounds, open space and Vegetation Management solutions and facility management services for the past 25 years.

Grounds Maintenance Services

Total Grounds Solutions we are the whole package when it comes to grounds maintenance, we have the correct tools and equipment to meet the needs of our clients no matter how big, small or difficult the project may be.

Wide Open Space

Wide areas or open space areas are easily completed of with our wide area machinery, with over 25 years experience in the open space maintenance industry our highly trained staff and specialist machinery TGS can complete any site of any size within the clients requested time frame.

Total Grounds Solutions has the machinery and technical resources to undertake any large area mowing and slashing works, from Depots, large picnic areas, pipelines, water canals and large public parks, there is no job too big for TGS.

At TGS we have machinery to suit a site size from small depots to large open areas any type of site our highly experienced staff will complete the job.

Environmentally Sensitive or Heritage Listed

Wether the site is located in an environmentally or heritage listed area TGS has the experience to complete all works to your request, we have experience in working in remote and areas of high environmental value or areas that have high heritage value. At TGS we understand the importance of the assets and our highly trained staff follow all guidelines to meet their clients result.

High Risk or Steep Areas

At Total grounds solutions the safety of our staff, the public and our clients staff is always taken to the highest regard, that is why we use the correct gear to complete the jobs safely.

When it comes to the maintenance of embankments or areas where machinery is restricted we use our fleet of Macconnel Robocut remote control mowers. The machines remove the risk of working on steep areas where machinery use with a driver may roll over, the machines come with rubber or metal spiked tracks for extra traction during works.

They are fitted with a 1.2 meter flail mower and are a 60 HP diesel engine, the machine only requires one operator and can be controlled From over 80 meters away reducing the risk while works are being carried out.

Landscape Maintenance and Management

Vegetation Management

Total Grounds Solutions have been in the industry over 25 years through out those years, we have achieved the experience to tackle any type of vegetation management works the client may require, from doing storm repair works, emergency works, stump grinding, large tree removal and difficult terrain vegetation works.

With Our large range of machinery, wood chippers of various sizes and our highly qualified staff TGS complete all works to the clients satisfaction, at all times being done to the highest of safety and environmental standards.

Total Site Maintenance

It does not matter wether the site is small or large TGS will have all your site maintenance requirements covered, from gutters, drains and hardstand areas all areas will be kept to the highest of standards.

We specialise in the maintenance of heritage sites as many of our clients have infrastructure that is of high heritage value and require specilaists to carry out works at TGS we meet your requests everytime.

Weed Management and Control

Total Grounds Solutions has highly trained staff and a vast array of equipment to meet all your weed management needs, with experience in weed control in environmentally sensitive areas, our clients can be assured that all works will meet if not exceed any safety or environmental requirements.

Our weed control units are set up to meet whatever weed control or management works you may require, with each weed control unit fitted with remote controlled hoses to extend over 300 meters in length being able to reach any area that could not be reached by a vehicle, these units have been previously used to maintain long stretches of water canals and steep embankments that cannot be reached with machinery, once again proving that at TGS we have all the correct staff and equipment to carry out any works you may require.

Bush Regeneration

TGS has dealt with many government agencies throughout its 25 years of operation, throughout these years we have completed various bush regenerations projects, from a simple removal of noxious weeds job to a total site clean up and stablishment of the native species for the site.

Our highly qualified staff at Total Grounds Solutions will bring your site back to its original beautiful native look no matter the size.

Fire Hazard Reduction works and Asset Protection Zones (APZ)

At TGS we understand the value of our clients asset and the need for the areas around the asset to be safe.

Total Grounds solutions staff have worked with many government agencies some in areas where works are remote and limited access, this has helped us gain the experience and equipment to meet all the requirements to produce effective fire hazard reduction works and maintain Asset protection zones that meet the clients needs.

All works are done by our qualified arborists and staff trained and experienced in this type of works in both WHS and environmental works.
